terms of use
last updated: 3 july 2026 · trubbo is in private testing
these are the terms for using trubbo. by joining the early-access list or playing trubbo, you agree to them. they're written to be read, not to trip you up.
who runs trubbo
trubbo is operated by missinghue s.r.o., registered in the czech republic (IČO 07288093), seat at Kotěrova 1588/2a, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6. questions go to hi@trubbo.app.
who can use trubbo
an account, purchases, and the early-access list are for people aged 16 and over. by signing in or joining, you confirm you're at least 16. kids are welcome to play out loud with a grown-up nearby, but the account belongs to someone 16 or over.
what trubbo is
trubbo is a voice-first quiz. it reads you a question, you answer out loud, and it generates fresh questions as you play. some features are still in the works and are marked as such. because questions are generated by ai, an occasional one may be odd or imperfect, and you use trubbo for fun rather than as a source of fact.
using trubbo fairly
you agree to use trubbo for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and not to:
- break the law or use trubbo to harm others;
- try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service;
- scrape, resell, or pass off trubbo's content or brand as your own.
early access
joining the early-access list means we may email you about trubbo. you can unsubscribe at any time. a spot on the list is not a promise of a launch date, a price, or a specific feature.
your content and voice
when you speak to trubbo, you let us process your voice so the game can work. how we handle that is set out in our privacy policy. everything trubbo itself creates, the questions, the design, the name, stays the property of missinghue s.r.o.
buying topics
trubbo is free while in private testing. we're adding paid topic packs soon, and they're sold through apple's app store as in-app purchases. that means apple handles the payment, the receipt, the vat, and refunds, under the app store's terms and your apple account. we show you what a pack includes and its price before you buy.
a pack is a one-off purchase. if we add subscriptions later, apple shows you the price per period, and you can manage or cancel from your apple account. because a pack unlocks straight away, the usual 14-day right to withdraw ends once it's delivered, in line with app store rules.
a pack should match what we describe and keep working while you have access to it. if something's wrong, you can ask apple for a refund, or write to us at hi@trubbo.app and we'll help. if we ever sell topics directly, outside the app store, we'll add the extra pre-purchase information and withdrawal steps that czech consumer law requires, and we'll say so clearly.
no guarantees
trubbo is offered "as is" while in private testing. we do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right about every answer. to the extent the law allows, missinghue s.r.o. isn't liable for indirect or incidental loss from using trubbo. this never limits our responsibility for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or for harm to anyone's health or life, and it never limits the rights you have as a consumer under czech and eu law.
changing or ending the service
because trubbo is early, we may change, pause, or stop features, or the whole service, as we learn. where a change materially affects you, we'll try to give reasonable notice.
which law applies
these terms are governed by the law of the czech republic. if you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the mandatory protections of the country you live in, and it doesn't stop you bringing a claim in the courts there.
resolving disputes
if something goes wrong and we can't sort it out together, you can turn to the czech trade inspection authority (česká obchodní inspekce), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes. you'll find how it works at adr.coi.cz. the eu's old online dispute platform closed in july 2025, so there's nothing to link there anymore.
changes to these terms
we'll post updates here with a fresh date at the top. for changes that don't affect something you've already bought, continuing to use trubbo means you accept the new version. if a change affects an ongoing paid plan, we'll tell you in advance and you can reject it and cancel before it takes effect. changes never apply backwards to a topic you've already unlocked.
